South Georgia Council of Boy Scouts of America Youth Leadership Camp – Americus Times-Recorder

The week of May 30e until June 5e, South Georgia Council hosted its national youth leadership training at Camp Osborn near Sylvester. National Youth Leadership Training provides Scouts with leadership skills and experience beyond even what they receive in the regular Scout program. The additional leadership skills can be used in their home troops and in other situations requiring leadership.

Twenty-seven Scouts completed the course. They are: Jonathan Bevis from Valdosta, Patryk Crumbley from Albany, Lucy Davis from Albany, Reece Ellion from Albany, Wesley Fletcher from Ashburn, Sara Frost from Arabi, Jackson Guest from Albany, Sean Hoover from Leesburg, Adam Kelly of Americus, Grace Mallow of Albany, Carter Mallow of Albany, Marfran Emanuel Mata of Leesburg, Cole McNeal of Ray City, Trey Mitchell of Albany, Ellis Moore of Leesburg, Benjamin Nipper of Cordele, Collin Orme from Albany, Kolby Osha from Valdosta, Alexandra Patton from Albany, Laieton Sharp from Vienna, Wiley Stewart from Americus, Noah Tanner from Albany, Weston Thompson from Valdosta, Aiden Vargovich from Leesburg, Jensen Wade from Cordele, Logan Walsh from Cordele’s Leesburg and Korey Watts.
