Sabic, a global leader in the chemical industry, on August 1 launched a dedicated four-day training session of its leadership program designed for senior officials in the governorate of Madinah province.
The initiative was launched in the presence of Prince Saud bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Deputy Governor of Medina, and Yousef Al-Benyan, Vice President and CEO of Sabic, and in line with his commitment to contribute to the success of Saudi Vision 2030, especially in human capital development.
The session should benefit from Sabic’s experience in developing organizational leaders in Saudi Arabia to help achieve the capacity building goals of Vision 2030.
Sabic draws on its ongoing expertise in developing industry leaders in specially delivered courses at the Sabic Academy and shares its ‘Sabic Leadership Way? experience to develop a leadership strategy to build capacity and capacity.
