Doha: Qatar Airways and GE Aviation have joined forces to launch a bespoke training program under the name “Leadership, Future and Culture” (LFC). Qatar Airways national senior executives attended the week-long course, which was designed for them to connect and enrich their leadership skills.
The Leadership, Future and Culture training program was created to enable national participants to develop a better understanding of the different ways to evolve and shape the future of leadership in the culture of Qatar. Employees from other aviation sectors and industries also participated in this program, which allowed nationals to learn from other leaders and gain different perspectives. GE experts also presented a number of ways to facilitate leadership skills.

GE Aviation Middle East Sales General Manager Main Canaan said, “GE Aviation was proud to partner with Qatar Airways and GE Crotonville to implement the (LFC) program. Crotonville was established in 1956 and is considered the world’s first corporate university.
The “Leadership, Future and Culture” program took place in Ossining, New York, in Crotonville, at the premises of GE.
