WASHINGTON DC—The NAB Leadership Foundation announced this month that it will graduate from the 2020 Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT) class upon completion of the Executive MBA-style program. The program’s sessions have been changed to an online model and extended due to the pandemic.
The BLT program teaches the fundamentals of buying, owning and operating radio and television stations to senior broadcasters, especially women and people of color, who aspire to grow as as group leaders or station owners.
