Do you know a teenager who wants to make a difference in the community of Prescott and its surroundings? Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA), Operation Engage Yavapai County, and Yavapai College are running free youth leadership training open to grades 9-12 students.
Training topics include:
- Leadership training to foster positive social change in their community that honors the unique perspective of young people.
- Identify the substance abuse problems they find most prevalent and ways to implement prevention work.
- Photovoice! Teaches photography and caption writing to effectively deliver your positive messages.
The CADCA Youth Leadership Training is scheduled to take place June 14-18; 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Yavapai College at 1100 E Sheldon St, Prescott. Lunch will be provided daily.
