Refer to a financial expert, Ugochukwu Chris-AladunIt is said that 80 percent of MSMEs in Nigeria fail within the first five years of their existence due to lack of prior skills and other bad business practices. Hence the need to equip our young people with leadership skills to help them thrive in their businesses and in the world at large.

Over the past decade, young people have amplified their demand for inclusion in governance and social development. CLTC under the administration of the current Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr. Dare on Sunday is rolling out vast plans to train young people in a very important area which is constantly neglected.

He stated that “They say that young people are the leaders of tomorrow, I have said it several times since I was minister, that yes, young people are the leaders of tomorrow, but now, in this political construction, young people are now leaders. leaders from today. And unless you start to be leaders now, in your communities, professional groups and workplaces, you cannot wake up one day as a leader, you have to learn the ropes ”.

The training would take place virtually on July 8, 2021.
